Remember that one time…
Remember when we sat in my bed and talked all night.
Remember during that amazing talk you stopped me half way through almost every sentence and kissed me?
And do you remember when you stopped and said
“Baby I wanna listen to every word that comes out of that beautiful mouth of yours. But every time I get lost in your eyes, I can’t help but kiss you. And then I can’t help but laugh because you have to start your story all over again.”
I remember that night so well, and it kills me now because it feels like you have completely forgotten.
It’s hard to think that we were so happy just 2 months ago and now you pretend like you don’t even know me.
All of this makes me feel horrible, but then I think I’m just another blurry memory. I’m just another night of lies, I don’t want to believe that all of it meant nothing to you. I can’t help but think your new girlfriend has no idea how good we had it.
